GROUP TRAINING
Group Personal Training is the wave of the future for training. This style of training provides you with the accountability of a group and the expertise of a trainer, as well as the fun of working out with your friends or family. This is an affordable way to get in shape and have fun. Groups can be created with 2-6 participants. Packages are available in 8 training sessions.
BOOTCAMP
Combined high intensity interval training and resistance training exercises to receive a complete workout in one hour.
ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT TRAINING
For athletes committed to their sport and looking for a competitive edge, we offer specific programs to develop and strengthen muscles specific to their sport: Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Swimming, Cross Country, Track, Golf, Baseball, Basketball, Sofball, Wrestling, Tennis, Hockey, Lacrosse and Gymnastics/Cheerleading. Programs are designed to correct imbalances, to prevent injury, help you strengthen your core to enhance balance, coordination and sport mechanics, help increase joint strength and stability and help to decrease body fat and increase athletic endurance.
